how to hang it on railing?

I recently purchased a hayrack planter from your site, attracted by the aesthetic appeal and functionality as depicted in your online images. Unfortunately, I am unable to install it on my balcony railing. The provided hooks, nails etc., provided does not fit the railing’s width, and there were no alternative hooks included nor installation instructions.
Given the lack of guidance and adaptability in the mounting accessories, the planter currently cannot be used as intended, which is quite disappointing. The product images on your website suggest an easy installation which was not the case for me.
There are competitors on websites with similar product who offer hooks of varying width for mounting on the railing. At the moment, the hayrack is unusable unless you offer a solution.

Absolutely worth it!

I ordered the 24 inch hayrack and let me just say that it was soo worth it and impeccable. The quality was top notch and I even recieved a coco peat brick for free with my purchase. To use the brick simply soak it in a bit of water for a few minutes till it softens and then you can use it to mix with the soil you put in your planter. They provide you with hooks though I used a metal wire to attach mine to the railing. Use appropriate plants like allysum, begonia, petunia etc. for the hayrack and trust me you will be amazed. I have recieved nothing but compliments for it by my guests. Would highly recommend it for your balcony or window if you want to transform your home and garden into a literal paradise!
